It helps, if you're going to read this blog, to become familiar with Lisa's book Shape Shifting--reclaiming your perfect body but it's not necessary. It's also helpful if you're familiar with metaphysics and/or the writings of Neale Donald Walsch, Abraham-Hicks, Wayne Dyer, Carolyn Myss, Louise Hay, etc. Or, perhaps you've just seen the movie The Secret and wonder what this Law of Attraction stuff is all about!
Lisa's book is available in multiple formats, one for every budget. You can buy the paperback, spiral-bound or ebook version by following the links below. If you have no budget, and would like to do an "energy exchange" for a copy of the ebook, all you have to do is email Lisa and tell her that you would like to trade an ebook for a promise to "pay it forward" by performing a random act of kindness.
The Shape Shifters Workbook is now available, and the audio book on CD is in the works!
Welcome! It's no accident that you're here.

Boy, how self important is THAT subject line? Anyhoo, my desk
is covered with notes that I scribble on pieces of paper with the
hope that someday I'll expand them into something larger. That's
how I wrote my book, to tell you the truth. I gathered all of my
scribbled notes and put them into a cohesive piece that, surprisingly
enough, made sense by the time I was done.
So today's scribbled note says, "The condition of my body is a
reflection of how close to fine I am. I don't attack my body with
stringent diets and brutal exercises. When I want to lose weight
I change my life for the better and the weight loss follows as a bonus."
I don't think I need to expand on that at all, except to maybe mention
that the reference to being "close to fine" comes from one of my
favorite Indigo Girls song, Closer to Fine. Here are the lyrics and
a link to the video:

I'm trying to tell you something about my life
maybe give me insight between black and white
and the best thing you've ever done for me
is to help me take my life less seriously
it's only life after all
yeah
well darkness has a hunger that's insatiable
and lightness has a call that's hard to hear
I wrap my fear around me like a blanket
I sailed my ship of safety till I sank it
I'm crawling on your shores
I went to the doctor, I went to the mountains
I looked to the children, I drank from the fountains
there's more than one answer to these questions
pointing me in a crooked line
and the less I seek my source for some definitive
(the less I seek my source)
the closer I am to fine
the closer I am to fine
and I went to see the doctor of philosophy
with a poster of Rasputin and a beard down to his knee
he never did marry or see a b-grade movie
he graded my performance, he said he could see through me
I spent four years prostrate to the higher mind
got my paper and I was free
I went to the doctor, I went to the mountains
I looked to the children, I drank from the fountains
there's more than one answer to these questions
pointing me in a crooked line
the less I seek my source for some definitive
(the less I seek my source)
the closer I am to fine
the closer I am to fine
I stopped by the bar at 3 a.m.
to seek solace in a bottle or possibly a friend
and I woke up with a headache like my head against a board
twice as cloudy as I'd been the night before
and I went in seeking clarity.
I went to the doctor, I went to the mountains
I looked to the children, I drank from the fountains
yeah we go to the doctor, we go to the mountains
we look to the children, we drink from the fountains
yeah we go to the bible, we go through the workout
we read up on revival and we stand up for the lookout
there's more than one answer to these questions
pointing me in a crooked line
the less I seek my source for some definitive
(the less I seek my source)
the closer I am to fine
the closer I am to fine
the closer I am to fine
